I know I set you up for a series showing what the Photo Tech experience at NAIT is all about, and I will get back to that, I promise, BUT I was pretty excited this weekend. I entered my first competition with the Canada-wide Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) and the above image was scored as 2 merits, 2 accepted and 1 unaccepted, which averages out to an official Accepted in their image salon!!! I’d had my eye on the building for a while but that day I finally got the light I wanted on it and frantically ditched my car, grabbed my gear and took my shot.
